MercadoLivre is widely considered the “Amazon of Latin America.” The company is the largest eCommerce provider in the fastest growing eCommerce region in the world. MercadoLivre currently has over 30% of Latin America’s eCommerce market share.

 

With the upswing in online buying in the region, MercadoLivre is seeing adoption by sellers of all sizes to the marketplace model-from solopreneurs to large brands, everyone is leveraging the marketplace’s success in the region to increase their own brand visibility.

 

With the onboarding of a multitude of new sellers, the challenges our client was looking to address included:
